Nice composition! I think you could push your value range a bit, if you're using Photoshop you could use the levels adjustment or the histogram, but other than that you could sell the idea of the forest by changing the lighting scenario to something a bit darker, more blue/purple maybe, and then determine your focal point at the same time <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> Overall though nice! Digging it! Looking forward to seeing more work from you and seeing how you progress, some nice brushwork in there too by the looks of it so you've got a great basis to go from! Keep up the hard work!
